Position Summary:

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end hiring process across technical, go-to-market, and operations teams. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to define needs, source and engage candidates, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll also help refine our recruitment processes, support our talent strategy, and strengthen our employer brand.
 

What You’ll Do:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and managing offers.
  • Full-Stack Recruitment: Manage hiring across all role levels and business areas, from entry-level to senior leaders, spanning technical, GTM, and operational functions.
  • Hiring Manager Partnering: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and advise on best practices throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a thoughtful, inclusive, and timely hiring journey that reflects our mission, vision, values and culture.
  • Talent Strategy Execution: Support initiatives that contribute to Kindsight’s overall talent strategy, such as improving time-to-hire, refining interview processes, or helping with employer brand efforts.
  • Recruitment Tools: Use our ATS (we use JazzHR), Predictive Index, and other systems to manage pipelines, keep hiring data accurate and up to date, support interview coordination and hiring teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our hiring workflows, tools, and templates to create a smoother experience for all stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Track and share updates on hiring progress and key recruitment metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with People & Culture, Marketing, and other internal teams to align hiring efforts with company goals and employer branding.
  • Agency Collaboration: Partner with external recruitment agencies - when needed - briefing them, managing communication, and ensuring alignment with our hiring goals and timelines.
  • People Ops Support: Partner with People Operations to support onboarding activities and administration as needed.
     

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Confidence sourcing and engaging candidates for technical and non-technical roles, with a solid understanding of relevant terminology.
  • A
    collaborative approach to working with hiring managers, with the ability to guide conversations, share insights, and build trusted partnerships.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and contributing to broader people initiatives
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, you stay on top of timelines, communication, and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to create positive candidate and hiring team experiences.
  • A proactive mindset, you take initiative, solve problems independently, and are always looking for ways to improve.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (JazzHR experience is a plus) and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • A growth-oriented attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves, no task is too small if it helps the team succeed.

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $125,000 CAD OTE annually, based on experience, market benchmarks and role complexity. We aim to offer fair, competitive pay that reflects your skills and the market.
