Position Summary:
The Senior Vice President (SVP), Professional Services will lead Kindsight’s global Professional Services organization, responsible for strategy, delivery, and scalability across all client engagements. This executive will build a modern, data-driven services organization that accelerates customer outcomes, shortens time-to-value, and strengthens Kindsight’s reputation for excellence in enterprise delivery.
The SVP owns the Professional Services P&L and is accountable for revenue growth, margin performance, utilization, customer satisfaction, and delivery governance across implementation, consulting, enablement, and partner-delivered services. The role spans all functional pillars of Professional Services, Delivery Excellence, Commercial Operations, Resourcing, and Customer Lifecycle Execution, and is central to transforming PS into a scalable, margin-positive growth engine driving customer value, partner success, and recurring revenue.

What You’ll Do:
- Define and execute the Professional Services strategy aligned with company objectives and ARR/NRR growth targets.
- Drive service contribution to revenue through standardized implementation accelerators, adoption programs, and measurable success metrics.
- Lead long-range planning for capacity, delivery models, and service monetization (fixed-fee, T&M, managed services, success packages).
- Scale a productized services model through standardization, automation, and strategic partner enablement.
- Own the global P&L, including forecasting, margin, and utilization.
- Establish consistent delivery frameworks, KPIs, and governance for predictable, high-quality outcomes.
- Build scalable resourcing models balancing internal capacity, offshore delivery, and partner ecosystems.
- Ensure service engagements deliver measurable customer impact- adoption, satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), and expansion.
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic enterprise clients to drive retention and growth.
- Collaborate with Partner and Channel leaders to design partner certification, enablement, and co-delivery models that extend reach and capacity.
- Partner with Sales on scoping, pre-sales alignment, and solution architecture.
- Align with Customer Success and Support to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing customer health.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate delivery insights into roadmap priorities and implementation accelerators.
- Integrate multiple legacy delivery models into a unified, scalable operating framework.
- Build and mentor a world-class Professional Services leadership team and global delivery organization.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence that attracts and develops top consulting and delivery talent.
- 15+ years in Professional Services leadership for enterprise SaaS, CRM, or platform-based software companies.
- Proven success leading large-scale, distributed delivery teams with full P&L accountability.
- Deep expertise in enterprise implementation frameworks (e.g., agile/hybrid models, PMO governance, delivery automation).
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen, able to structure enterprise SOWs, negotiate risk, and manage escalations.
- Demonstrated experience building partner ecosystems and managed service frameworks.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
- Experience serving nonprofit, higher education, or healthcare clients strongly preferred.
